Chase SummaryThe 2014 chase season is in the books, and it's the 3rd consecutive year to feature below normal tornado activity, with 2014 likely finishing with less than 900 tornadoes across the US. Outside of a few big tornado days, the season was fairly quiet chase wise. I ended up having a few mult-day chases, and also missed out on two big days (6/16 and 6/17). I decided to sit out on those days, which in turn was a bad decision. 6/16 featured several strong tornadoes, some of which were on the ground at the same time. We'll see what next year has in store...
